BumbleBeads
party packages include a two hour reservation of the beautiful beading table
located in the front window of our shop. This large table accommodates up to 8
adults or 10 children and features a lovely view of Germantown Avenue. Larger
parties will be scheduled after store hours to reserve the entire shop for your
event.
 Children's
Parties
$19- per child
A member of BumbleBeads' friendly staff will be attending to your
guests as they create a one-of-kind necklace and bracelet set to
wear home. Based on the children's ages, the lovely selection of
beads available may include glass, ceramic, wood and/or
semi-precious stones-- never plastic! Our children's parties are
appropriate for ages 6-13.
Adult Parties
$10- per person
This fee includes the table reservation and employee assistance for the duration
of your event. Each guest will be guided in choosing supplies to make a
necklace, bracelet and/or earrings. We will help with the designing,
constructing and finishing of your project. The cost of beads and materials used
by each guest will be calculated and payment due at the end of the party.
Projects made during the party must be considered “basic stringing” unless the
guest has knowledge and experience in more advanced
techniques.
Party Policies
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of half the total is required upon booking. You are
welcome to serve food and drinks at the event, but please keep in mind that you
are responsible for clean-up. For children's parties only, we ask that all food
be served before the beading begins. Any party that extends past the scheduled
time will be charged a $35.00 overtime fee for each additional half-hour. No
refunds will be given if guests complete their projects before the scheduled
end-time. Parties that include up to 10 children or 8 adults must take place
during store hours. If your party exceeds 10 children or 8 adults, it must be
scheduled after store hours and will incur an additional fee of $60. “After
hours” parties must begin 15 minutes after BumbleBeads shop has closed to the
public. This means if the shop closes at 6:00pm your event must begin at 6:15pm.
For children's parties scheduled during store hours
Because of the limited amount of space available, we have to
limit the number of adult chaperones to a total of 2. This means that only 2
adults can attend the party with the children. Other parents must drop-off and
pick-up only. |
